An American Flag nailed to a sheet of red, white and blue painted plywood that is also lined with a few strands of red, white and blue twinkle lights outside Berthoud, Colorado.
On May 9, 2012 President Barack Obama announced that he was in support of gay marriage. One week later I noticed this stop sign had been sprayed with graffiti and shot with a gun. While scouting the area for an unrelated project I had past this stop sign numerous times in the days leading up to the Presidents announcement and for days after. Before the announcement the stop sign was untouched.
